Data Entry Officer at Fadac Resources

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Keep information confidential
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Prompt and correct transaction capturing
• Securing and generating a report.
• Maintaining all MIS data sources
• Regularly takes back-up.
• Assisting MIS users to have the reports they need

REQUIREMENTS.

• Ond minimum qualification
• 1-3years of experience as a Data entry operator
• Full knowledge of the various functions in the manufacturing industry
• Computer programming and Appreciation
• Data Integrity
• Must be a go-getter.
• Communication & Organisational skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word and its various functions
