• Lesson and curriculum planning models
• Basic knowledge of modules learnng platform and flash programming
• Solid knowledge of course development software (camtasia, articulate storyline,adobe audition)
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver) Photoshop illustrator, Adobe InDesign) and the ability to storyboard
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
