Product Designer at Prospa Inc

The Role

You will be part of the team responsible for the design, architect and build of aesthetically-pleasing modern interfaces for our Web & Mobile products. Designing products and features while taking into careful consideration UX/UI design best practices. Collaborating, testing and iterating core product features.

You will have:

• Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
• Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
• Employ design concepts into functional prototypes and test functionality
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
• Design inspiring and engaging design assets both offline & online
• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• Relevant work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
• Good understanding of colour science and combinations
• Artistic and innovative flair
• Excellent attention to detail
• Expert using Design Softwares like Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Illustrator, Framer, Photoshop etc.
• Time-management skills
• Adaptability
• Meticulous and diligent
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
• The highly desirables:
• Previous experience owning / running a business or side hustle, no matter how big or small.
