    Job Description

    • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions.
    • Improves client references by writing & maintaining documentation.
    • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices & techniques.
    • Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.

    Requirements
    Required Skills:

    • Knowledge in Linux Usage, Proficiency in Word processing, visio, spreadsheets, data analyses, documentation, presentation, modeling and flowcharts.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2 years experience in similar role. Minimum of 2.1 or above in Computer science or related course.
