Digital Marketer at Wellahealth

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, execute and track all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media
• Understand the customer journey and devise strategies to successfully get customers from one part of the funnel to the next
• Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns, and assess their goals (KPI/ROI/OKRs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend based on those insights
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the user experiences
• Collaborate with partners and vendors for joint digital campaigns as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing is preferred
• 2-4 years of proven work experience in digital marketing
• Experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and social media
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Experience with A/B testing
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of ad-serving tools and able to recommend the best tools for the company’s needs
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and some graphic design is a plus
