The Sales and Invoicing manager performs various activities to support a company’s Sales department and billing processes. They issue invoices and credit memos, update customer records, and send out individual billing statements. Invoicing Managers will prepare invoices, track sales, gather requirements and handle incoming customer calls for more business enquiries. Self-motivated people who like numbers, can follow up on sales and have an eye for detail will thrive in this role. Excellent invoicing manager will be able to work independently and as part of team.

Invoicing Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Perform Daily Invoicing Functions
Invoicing will perform daily invoicing functions within the accounting or sales division of a company. He/she will support accounts payable and accounts receivable by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using billing software.
Resolve Billing Errors
The invoicing manager will research and fix billing errors, issue debit and credit items to resolve these errors. The invoicing Manager will actively work with other staff to get needed documents, floor plan, project requirements and responds to customer requests outside of a normal billing period.
Update Financial Databases
Invoicing Managers prepare vouchers, receipts, and checks by entering details into a company’s financial system. On a daily basis, they update contracts and add new customer accounts. Invoicing Managers are responsible for maintaining current records of collected payments, sent invoices, and updated customer information.
Support Financial Staff
Providing support to accountants, bookkeepers, management and other financial workers within a company is a key responsibility of invoicing manager. They work with other employees to share workloads, answer questions, and solve billing issues.
Perform General Administrative Duties
When requested, invoicing manager perform many administrative duties, such as facilitating audits and checking inventory. They also prepare reports, assist in account collection, and file records. An invoice manager also responds to general customer calls when needed.
Sales Duties & follow up duties
Experience level: The candidate must have interest in a talking, listening, call/ email sales & follow up role with cognitive experinece for at least 4 years with interest in event management.
Salary: #100,000 - #200,000 per month with added allowances.
