Cementing Supervisor at Willers Solutions

Responsibilities

• Responsible of supervision of equipment maintenance and site operations.
• Supervision in such a manner as to minimize or correct all problems as they occur and prior to the execution of the next step procedure.
• Ensuring actual slurry volume must be recalculated by the customer prior to the job based on actual well data and casing tally and surface line volumes.
• Ensuring that all required information and document are recorded and available at the well site.
• Ensuring material safety data sheets, risk assessment and safety meeting forms including third party meeting are in the well file.
• Conduct post job meeting with the service team.
• Perform on the job training of subordinates.
• Responsible for the execution of all cementing jobs flawlessly.
• Ensure that all jobs are performed in a safe manner.
• Ensure a good up keep of equipment at all time to avoid down time (NPT) during operation.

Qualifications

• First degree in any Engineering discipline and professional certification required.
• Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience with 10 years spent in a managerial role.
• Management / supervisory skill set.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
