    Social Media Manager

    Job Description / Requirement

    • Develop social media strategy.
    • Craft and develop Digital Marketing Strategy
    • Develop content calendar
    • Ensure to post at least 3 times daily at designated time.
    • Take customers orders online
    • Follow up with payment
    • Followup with delivery
    • Handle customer inquiry
    • Handle customer complain
    • Inform customers with promotional activities.
    • Previous knowledge and experience on social media management is an added advantage.
