Accounting / Finance Executive

Duties of the Position
- Prepare and maintain good accounting records for all transactions of the Estate,
- Follow up on debts collection
- Ensure quarterly collection of service charges
- Ensure reconciliation of bank balances.
- Ensure the security and general cleanliness of the premises during visits
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Monitor and handle payments of Eko electricity bills
- Monitor and handle payments for diesel supply
- Liaise with residents and facility managers
- Issuance of receipts to residents after payments
- Prepare fixed assets schedules
- Ensure adequate records for assets acquisitions, disposal, transfers and write off.
- Ensure all transactions are adequately captured
Key Performance Indicators
- Collection of service charges
- Reconciliation of bank balances
- Prompt payment of service charges
