Capacity and Organizational Development Advisor

Job Description
- The Capacity and Organizational Development Advisor will work under the overall guidance of the Program Director to address Organizational capacity assessment and develop tailor made approaches to build individual organizations capacity.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Public Health or similar social discipline
- Build technical capacity of local partner organizations in strategic planning, financial management, resource mobilization and HRM.
- Must have knowledge of theories, concepts and approaches relevant to capacity building for OVC Care and Support system
- Ability to work closely with CSO partners, government agencies and commitment to network mission
- M &E experience, computer proficiency will be an added advantage
