Account Assistant at Ngcom Network Solutions Ltd

Job brief

We are in need of a female account assistant to provide support to the accountant, you are required to have good knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles and you should be proficient with computers and software, such as MS Excel and Sage, you should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.

Expected Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling payables and receivables
• Provide support to the accountant.
• Processes invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the organization
• Book-keeping and petty cash disbursement.
• Sends bills to customers; process refunds and works to resolve billing disputes.
• Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies.
• Other jobs to be assigned to you by the accountant.

Education

• OND holder in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1-year work experience.

Applicant residing within Lekki-Ajah Axis will be preferable.
