We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.

Job Description

• Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for by the company
• Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow, and management.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws
• Communicate job expectations and plans to team members
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Prepare and complete action plans on various projects
• Develop operations systems by, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, & initiating corrective actions
• Develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies, and procedures
• Develop processes general operations, & inventory management.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, procedures, and complying with legal regulations
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems, and complaints.
• Work closely with management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
• Communicate all operating policies and issues at department meetings
• Work closely with the inventory and administrative manager and team to perform analysis of the company’s inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment/items, and maintaining solid inventory data
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Perform quality controls and monitor employee KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication, & organizational skills
• Leadership ability
• Degree in Business Management or a related field
