    Customer Support (Deployment and Subscription Monitoring)

    Job Description

    • The role exists to prevent defects in products and avoid problems when delivering solutions to customers.

    Required Qualification

    • Minimum of 2.1 in Information Science or related course.
    • A minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to perform manual and automated testing.
    • Ability to analyze and document test results.
    • Understanding software development cycles.
