Job Type: Contract Role (3 months Duration)

Job Summary

• Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches. Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models. Utilizing IT data for business insights, analyzing business needs.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Act as an interface between end-users, the development team and technical support team.
• Elicit, analyze and validate business or user requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements and business rules.
• Prepare functional and technical specification documents.
• Perform quality assurance and testing for IT solutions.
• Perform process modelling, optimization and documentation.
• Manage projects and ensure they are completed within scope, timelines and budget.
• Produce all IT project documentation.
• Perform first-level technical support.
• Prepare hardware and software requirement specifications.
• Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
• Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.
• Any other task as assigned.

• External Contacts: Board of directors, Clients, Partners
• Internal Contacts: All employee.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Business Analyst Certificate an asset

Related Job Requirmeents/ Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience in the IT industry
• Relevant experience on software development projects
• Good communication skills and strong English capability both verbal and written
• Must be a team player in all aspects
• Creative and innovative ability
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project) and Office 365.

Successful candidate must:

• Be Tech Savvy, robust and resilient
• An excellent communicator
• Experienced IT Business Analyst
• Experience with CRM and ERP Software an asset
• Have previous experience from an IT discipline within the Software Development sector or similar background
• Have experience of operating in a multi-faceted role and have demonstrated a strong track record of success to date

Remuneration

• N70,000-100,000 monthly.
• Bonuses are Performance driven.
