JOB OBJECTIVE/SUMMARY: To effectively manage all RPL social Media handles & content as it relates to our products/Services and expand the scope of our business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate YouTube & Social Media handle contents across write up pictures and videos
• He/she is to use keywords researched by himself but approved by Head, Digital Marketing/Media Unit and/or The MD/CEO or provided by Digital Marketing/Media Unit and /or The MD/CEO to generate a minimum of one articles per week.
• This position entails that the content developer ensures that content is not lacking, and what is generated is relevant to the real estate sector and consumable by readers.
• He/she must develop numerous ideas and content according to specific Real Estate needs/responsibilities.
• Actively Participate in the Organization, Coordination and management of real estate entrepreneurs.com.
• Covering of all Realty Point Limited Events as Press representing Nigeria Real Estate Hub.
• Responsible for the audio, video and any other document of work, activities, milestones etc. of the entire RPL Business when and where necessary.
• Carry out all other duties as may be assigned by the Head, Media Unit or the MD/CEO

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Effective handling of all Audio-Visual needs for RPL communications.
• Increase in the numbers of the fan base (followers and subscribers) on Social Media on RPL Social Media Channels
• Effective Cost Management (Actual vs Budget)
• Recording and documentation of all RPL Events
• Consistency and quality of contents on assigned social media platforms
• Editing of all videos(continuous improvement in quality and taste)
• Management of RPL YouTube Channel
• Four(4)  optimised Real Estate topics article for RPL Blog/NREH per month
