IT / MIS Manager at PPC Limited

Qualifications:

Degree in (Electrical / Electronics, Computer Science / Engineering, Physics, or any other related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Engineering, ICT or Healthcare industries.
• Strong knowledge in Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless, Voice, CCTVs, Access Control Systems.
• General knowledge  of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical assembly and ability to use fine calibrated measuring instruments, ideally with some experience in field service
• Proven track record of service delivery
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

• Design configurations, commissioning and service delivery
• Managing of ICT team and personnel
• Preventive and extraordinary maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring superior customer experience and customer satisfaction
• Helping to optimize operations

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
• Possession of PMP / NSE and COREN certifications desired
