    Facility Manager

    Job Description

    • The Facility Manager must ensuring that the facility is operating as it should on a daily basis
    • He/she will also need to complete daily inspections and communicate directly with decision-makers to ensure that the business is running smoothly every day.

    Requirements
    The ideal Candidate must possess the following mandatory qualities:

    • An Engineer with Electrical/Electronic background or Structural Building/Civil Engineer
    • Good HVAC skills
    • Previous experience working in a hotel would be an added advantage
    • Knowledgeable in structure & implementation of preventive maintenance
    • Strong Leader who has capacity to manage his team well as the need may arise.
