Purpose of Job

• To ensure seamless production operation and general factory and environmental cleanliness.

Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Ensure that machines operate optimally.
• To ensure that power is available for production operations.
• Ensure regular water supply to support production operations.
• Ensure optimal performance of all utilities in the factory.
• Carry out planned maintenance of production machines and power generation equipment to prevent breakdowns and downtimes.
• Maintain optimal stock of spares and consumables to avoid stock outs.
• Ensure that power is available only for required production operations.
• Ensure that Gen set is not in operation when not needed for production operations.
• Keep a log of generator operating times and diesel consumption.
• Ensure integrity of diesel and gen set usage.
• Ensure that borehole is clean and functioning always.
• Ensure that plumbing installations are in good condition and n leakages.
• Ensure that factory and premises are well illuminated.
• Ensure that factor and premises are neat and well kept.

Qualifications

• OND/HND/B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
• Strong Knowledge of Machine Operations, Plumbing and electrical installations
• Experience in Manufacturing process will be an added advantage.

Salary Range

• N60,000 to N80,000 monthly.
