A cake company in Abuja is seeking to hire a Production Manager. 

The requirements are as follows:

• Must hold a B.Sc/HND degree

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 year’s production in bakery experience

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills

• Must reside in Abuja and its environs

The job responsibilities are as follows:

Essential Functions:

• Manage and schedule all production employees
• Manage the production of the products
• Assist in the ordering of raw materials
• Manage all employees
• Assist in minimizing downtime by working with both production and non-production staff.
• Oversee daily production and sanitation records.
• Oversee all issues related to product quality
•  Oversee daily food safety and food security procedures
•  Implement training to ensure personnel are competent to carry out functions related to product safety, legality and quality.
