Quantity Surveyor at Amborg Global Resources Limited

Responsibilities

• Price/forecast the cost of different materials
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Track changes to design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors
• Measure and value work done on site
• Pay subcontractors
• Liaise with client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
• Select and/or source construction materials
• Write reports

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying
• Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors or in the process of membership
