IT And Communications Assistant at Adam Smith International

Details: The Operations Department of Adam Smith International is looking to hire an IT and Communications Assistant to be stationed in its Abuja Office.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Tracking IT equipment repair;
• Responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems and developing solutions;
• Tracking service on voice lines and data lines for staff;
• Network quality check (LAN and Wireless);
• Carrying out various project requests such as credit limit adjustments, additional data requests, and rectifying barred or suspended lines;
• Migrating lines between projects as needed; and
• Physically attending to laptop, network and hardware at a set time each day.
• Any other IT related request or duties as assigned by the Authorized Representative.
