Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Arrange and check weekly / monthly production and dispatch plan.
• The situation of the implementation of the supervision and inspection, and daily production plan summary report, management.
• Assist manager to handle daily affairs and the related department’s coordination communication.
• Responsible for arranging and supervision department subordinates daily work.
• Subordinate personnel management, department training plan, training professional knowledge.
• Training, execution, supervision and examination of subordinate staffs.
• Train guidance and guide new PMC personnel behavior, provide the operation method.
• Keep learning, planning, material control and SAP training professional knowledge.
• Through the daily supervision to guarantee the effectiveness of the plan, accuracy, requirements, stability, yield rate of follow up and communication.
• Develop a plan of production operation process.
• Organize department weekly meeting for review within a week the problem point analysis and summarize and develop measures to track and implement.
• Review plan of all kinds of reports
• Employee performance appraisal standard appraisal and approval.
• Planning department KPI data and analysis and improvement measures are put forward.
• To assist managers, internal information communication
• Help the manager to coordinate processing problem to each point
• Assist manager to establish service by improving the complaints mechanism.

Experience, Qualifications, Competencies and Attributes

• Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, management, electronics or related majors preferred
• 3 years or above Warehouse OR PMC management experience, with at least 1-year mobile phone assembly production management experience;
• Team management experience with more than 500 people
• Be able to analyze production data by comparison and layer method;
• Good application of PDCA and SMART principles;
• To be able to motivate employees
• Require Men, age: 25-32
• Excellent management ability;
• With outstanding technical skills;
• Excellent execution and strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Skilled in using production and office software.
• Strong affinity and excellent communication skills;
• Good at coordination, communication, responsibility, and professionalism;
• Be practical and practical;
• Good professionalism and professional ethics, have a strong appeal and cohesion.
• Major in science or engineering is preferable.
• Ability to speak Chinese will be a Plus.
