JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure all customer enquiries (email and telephone) are responded within 48hours and with the appropriate level of assistance from the team.
• Maintain office filling and storage including the monitoring/ordering/reordering of required office supplies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as required.
• Manage incoming calls, messages.
• Maintain proper filling of company’s records.
• Ensure all equipment are running efficiently. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of first degree or HND with second class or upper credit. and a NYSC Corp member
• Good knowledge of Word, Power point and Excel would be advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
