We seek applications from qualified and suitable candidates for the position of a Operations Officer for our Port Harcourt office.

Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Go on errand for senior staff and customers
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Ensure the cleanliness of the office by maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other public areas
• Verifying employee identification and issuing visitor passes
• Ordering supplies
• Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents
• Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages
• Any other duty as may be assigned

Qualifications
The successful candidate would be saddled with and should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of OND in any approved Polytechnic.
• Minimum of three years hands on experience especially in the Aviation industry is critical.
• Experience in Microsoft applications especially, Word, Powerpoint and Excel will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, and closing deals will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding passion for customer service and hospitality
• Proven experience in working with team
• Must reside in Port Harcourt and preferably within the Nigeria Air Force Base environs.
