Details:

Our client, a leading FMCG group with head office in Lagos, is currently looking to hire a .Net Software Developer, who will work closely with the Chief Technical Officer as an In-House technical resource, on different internal IT-related projects.

The .Net Software Developer will participate in all aspects of the development process, from requirements gathering through quality assurance and delivery.

Duties:

• Designing/developing/maintaining large and small scaled web based .NET applications.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
• Must be proficiency in n-tier architecture, class structures and stored procedures.
• Working in Agile/Scrum/Iterative environment.

• Creating new code to satisfy user requirements for Android, iOS and Windows platforms
• Identifying and fixing bugs in our application code
• Answering both technical and non-technical questions for customers/sales and project team
• Making recommendations on areas of process improvement
• Providing feedback on our products from a customer and technical perspective

Qualifications

• BSc/HND in Computer Science or in a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, etc.
• Experience in developing Web based Applications with C#, ASP.NET, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, LINQ, XAMARIN, JQuery, AJAX, etc.
• Excellent debugging, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have strong MS SQL Server T-SQL programming.
• Experience in analysis, design, development & delivery of web-based applications.
• Proven commercial software development experience (Please provide published examples of software)
• Should possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and strong programming skills.
• Should have good practical knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is added advantage.
