I.T Support Engineer at Sunnet Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, hardware and configurations.
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and systems problem
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
• Coordinating computer network access and use.
• Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (or Equivalent) in Computer Science/Engineer or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in I.T industry.

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
