    Admin/HR Officer

    Qualifications

    • Proven work experience in HR, Administration, Logistics, or Business Development
    • Must have above average skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
    • Must have strong IT skills
    • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

    Administrative and HR Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain a database of personnel records such as staff name, phone numbers, date of birth, etc. and act as first point of contact for Administration and HR related queries from employees and external clients
    • Serve as a receptionist in the front office by welcoming clients and ensuring the office is well kept
    • Assist accounting department with providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Arrange travel accommodations, coordinate staff logistics and process expense forms
    • Post job positions, email prospective candidates, and maintain recruitment database
    • Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
    • Serves as the point of contact for all office needs including ordering and managing inventory (e.g. stationary, software, hardware)
    • Manage various calendar of Management team and other staff in addition to reminding staff and Management of various tasks
    • Manage the corporate facility conditions and arranging necessary repair (e.g. plumbing, A/C, and lawn services)
    • Use Microsoft Excel and other software to maintain vendor database and contact various vendors for quotes
    • Must have above average skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
    • Assist Engineering, Accounting, Legal, and Business Development department with various tasks
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
