    Ability to record the number and the kinds of supplies.
    Disseminate the supply in its designated areas.
    Securing the status of each supply.
    Checking possible damages or scratches.
    Ability to determine items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained.
    Applicants should be able to stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
