    Business Development Manager

    Ref: BDM/1114/WN
    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
    Type: Full Time

    Summary/Objective

    • Oversee the direction and growth of the company’s overall business planning, customer service delivery/operations, marketing, new business development, and sales and opportunity management.
    • This position is responsible for assessing, shaping, setting and selling (internal + external) the strategic direction of the company’s solution efforts to efficiently and effectively build and scale the company’s unique selling propositions.

    Job responsibilities

    • Developing growth strategies and plans
    • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
    • Increasing client base
    • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
    • Writing business proposals
    • Negotiating with stakeholders
    • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
    • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
    • Following industry trends locally and internationally
    • Drafting and reviewing contracts
    • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
    • Experience in sales, marketing or related field with a Real Estate company.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

    Salary
    NGN 150,000./Month
