    Van Sales Representative (VSR)

    Job Descriptions

    • To ensure all brands/SKUs are loaded on truck daily before trucking out.
    • To ensure priority brands are listed and available in the right quantity in all outlets, while ensuring no out of stock situation .
    • To sell all brands and SKUs to all customers without discrimination and achieve the volume target .
    • To trade with all required selling tools.
    • To merchandise all products while selling in all outlets.
    • To always sell within assigned selling route/territory daily with no criss-crossing.
    • To effectively execute outlet activation standards in all assigned outlets.

    Working Environment:

    • The role is 100% field based

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma(OND) qualification
    • Healthy and physical fit
    • A good driver with valid driving license
    • Basic IT skills (to operate sales device tools)
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order taking/selling

    Skills & Key Competencies:

    • Basic communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
    • Basic arithmetic skills
    • Must be target driven and persuasive.
    • Must be smart, vibrant and proactive
    • Must be a resident in Lagos.
