• 1-3 years of management consulting experience
• Excellent academic achievement and strong internship experience

• Customer focus and excellent client-facing capabilities
• Ability to simplify complex solution and ideas effectively both written and verbally
• Business and strategy analysis and development
• Project management support: to project planning and coordination of scope, risk, quality, budget and goal achievement.
• Strong passion for strategy and innovation 
• Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills especially in presenting and defending the selected approach to clients.
• Develop and provide cutting-edge solutions to clients along with their case teams
• Strong flair for research and publication
• Able to lead the development and completion of strategy models and translates them into a conclusive storyline for a client presentation/report 
• Be willing to grow with the company

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Computer Science, Economics or Accounting or Engineering
• Master’s degree/MBA strongly preferred.
