Sales Service Officer at Codix Pharma Limited

Key Task and Responsibilities

•     Takes and record products orders from representatives
•     Follows through until products get to the representatives
•     Takes stock count on a weekly basis
•     Issues invoices and receipts on sales made
•     Handling enquiries related to new client
•     In charge of the sales activities summary
•     Takes orders and attend to contractors and individuals who come to buy in the office
•     In charge of sales activities summary
•     Do statements of balance
•     Record quarterly product targets and reconcile how much of the target was met (weekly)
•     Keeping records of stock in store
•     Keep records of expiry dates of products and inform management 6 months to expiry date.

Competency and Technical Requirements

•     Ability to keep organized and accurate records
•     Ability to manage time and deliver requests promptly
•     Ability to make use of Microsoft office efficiently
•     Attention to detail is a must

Qualification

•     BSc in any management or social service
•     3 years’ experience in similar field
