Job Profile

To assist the ISO Management Representative with the sound application of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and HSE 45001, by preparing quality manual, creating and revising forms, performing ISO audits, preparing for Management review, and ensuring awareness of employees on the standards, across all the processes and departments included under its scope, to achieve the effective applications of work processes.
Key Responsibilities

Quality Manual 

Assist the ISO Management Representation with the update of the ISO quality manual, by updating applicable processes and procedures as necessary, to ensure its compliance to quality standards and actual application in the company.

Forms

Prepare, review, and update the used forms, by coordinating with the concerned departments, setting the form into trial period, and approving the form with reference, to facilitate process implementation and record needed information for historical retrieval.

Audits

Perform ISO internal audits, as per the ISO Management Representative directions, by coordinating with department heads and branch managers to hold the audits with concerned departments, and submit reports of the findings to Top Management, to ensure compliance to set processes, assure systematic implementation of work, and receive advice for action plan.

External Audits

Escort the ISO external auditor on his visits, as per request of the Management Representative, by meeting with the concerned departments as per plan, explaining any inquiries on the processes and forms, and recording any comments or observations noted by the auditor, to ensure proper compliance to the standards and improve the quality of processes in the company.

Management Review

Assist in the preparation for the Management Review meeting, by extracting and attaining needed data and statistics from the core departments registers, and presenting the findings upon request of attendance, to be aware of the company's operational status, and receive advice for action plan.
Requirements

• Degree in Business management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years ISO Internal Control & Audit experience.
• Must have an eye for detail & above average analytical ability.
• Solid experience in auditing tools & problem solving.
• Good listening & communication skills.
• Very good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
