Human Resource Manager at Somanda Consulting

A client of ours who is in the hospitality industry is seeking to hire an HR Manager.

Location is Maitama, Abuja.

Requirements are as follows:

• Minimum educational qualification B.Sc / HND in Social sciences or any related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of working experience
• Must not be older than 45 years of age
• Must be conversant with HR software eg SAP
• Must have a high level of computer literacy

Job responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
