    Team Lead, Customer Service

    Details:

    He / She will head our customer service department and is responsible for ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible at all time. To excel in this role you should be driven and passionate self-starter.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers that contact the organization via the online chat or service phone line.
    • Onboard buyers and sellers via strategic telemarketing initiatives.
    • Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service engagement and online buyer’s procurement trend.
    • Investigate and solve customer problems that have been passed to customer service.
    • Proactively contribute to product development, digital marketing content and operational improvements based on customer insights and feedback.
    • Research competitors and market trends to find new opportunities and remain competitive on service delivery and pricing.
    • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the organization.
    • Responsible for customer data and knowledge management.

    Requirements:

    • OND/HND/ BSc degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
    • Startup experience and IQMS knowledge is an advantage.
    • Proven track record in meeting or surpassing performance target.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and decision making skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, multi-task, perform well under pressure and effectively manage competing and/or changing priorities.
    • Not older than 30years.
