Neem Foundation is currently planning to commence the implementation of programme that supports women and children in Bama
and Damboa Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Borno State, and would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for the provision of 2 rental vehicles to Neem Foundation for a duration of 16 months as per specification below:
Neem Foundation chooses to follow a competitive proposal process for the selection of a company which will implement the contract. We believe that competitive proposals are the only way to fairly select the best company for the job while ensuring good process and preventing collaboration and corruption. Upon receipt of the request for proposal, please read the instructions fully and prepare a proposal as described The completed proposal must be submitted to Neem Foundation on or before
July 12, 2019.
Neem Foundation invites proposals for the services described and summarized in these documents, and in accordance with procedures, conditions and contract terms presented herein. Neem Foundation reserves the right to vary the quantity of work/materials specified in the Tender Package without any changes in unit price or other terms and conditions and to accept or reject any, all, or part of submitted offers.
Standardized services offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the Proposal with the minimum specifications described above and any other annexes providing details of Neem Foundation ’s requirements.
The Proposal that complies with all of the specifications, requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
Any discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity) shall be re-computed by Neem Foundation. The unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected. If the supplier does not accept the final price based on Neem Foundation ’s re- computation and correction of errors, its Proposal will be rejected.
