Production Supervisor at Rickamore Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Production planning
• Ensuring production targets are communicated and achieved
• Perform accident investigations.
• Maintain proper inventory levels (Equipment, ingredients, etc).
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and NAFDAC requirements
• Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points;
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and service quality
• Responsibility for budgetary and personnel control.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Degree in a technical, engineering, food science or relevant field
• Excellent English and Hausa Communications Skills
• Must live in Jos – Plateau State

Hours of Work
40 hours per week.  Shift work and unsocial hours (evening, public holidays, weekend) will be expected
