Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Structural Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in similar role preferably in the real estate industry.
- Preferred sex: Male
- Age: 28-40 years
- Candidate must reside in Abuja.
Skills:
- Manage part of construction projects
- Overseeing building works
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Supervising contracted staff.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Liaising with subcontractors and other professional staff especially surveyors and project managers.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Preparing site reports and filing in other paperwork
