    Admin/Client Service Officer

    Role Summary

    • Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries and also provide an exceptional level of service to clients.
    • The Admin/Client service Officer will assist clients in understanding company’s products and identifying solutions to fit their needs whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
    • He/She will ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.

    Core duties

    • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    • Maintain and update company and clients database
    • Answer queries by employees and clients
    • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
    • Resolve problems pertaining to clients orders.
    • Ensure all client orders are processed on-time.
    • Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.
    • Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow the business.

    Requirements

    • 0-3 years’ work experience as an Administrative/Client Service Officer or similar roles
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Preferably male
