Sales Executive at Contec Global Infotech Limited

Role and Responsibilities

• Sales / PA On board targets delivery
• Acquisition/ On-boarding of new agents in the assigned territory.
• Train and monitor agents and sub agents on Lotto Sales Terminal Operations.
• Introducing Green Lotto Products to prospective Agents
• Prompt resolution of Agent enquiries, complaints, and issues on the field.
• Promptly report to the appropriate department/units on sales related issues on the field.
• Gathering and reporting trade intelligence and competitor’s activities for management decisions.
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graduate will be given preference
• 2-5+ years working experience Gaming / Lotto / Betting industry
• Agent acquisition experience is desirable.
