Ensure timely update of the CRM system and ensure it provides an effective sales funnel
Ensure all pre-leads, leads and opportunities are captured in CRM
Provide reports and dashboards as required for presentations and meetings
Lead/holds weekly or monthly meetings (as required) to review Business development pipeline
Conduct follow ups with internal teams or clients as required.
Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
Conduct and document market research to follow trends and competition
Coordinate with our Directors, Business Development Managers and Sales teams to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement.To increase revenues, document, track and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company
Requirements
Proven work experience as with CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or similar
Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices (IT to provide the Technical expertise).
Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
Must have ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
