Job Brief

• We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties diligently.
• The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Emptying containers, bins and trays
• Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures
• Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures

Requirements

• Must be 25 years and above.
• Must have experience cleaning offices and its surroundings.
• Must be neat and presentable
• Must be willing and ready to work with or without supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and supplies
• Integrity
• FSLC/SSCE/High School degree
