    Responsibilities

    • Manage financial operations.
    • Documents financial transactions inline with partnership accounting model
    • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
    • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
    • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
    • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
    • Guides accounting clerical staff
    • Reconciles financial discrepancies
    • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
    • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
    • Prepares special financial reports

    Requirements

    • Proven working experience of about 3 years in Accounting or similar functions
    • Proper understanding and hands-on experience in the use of automated accounting system
    • Good management skills
    • Attention to detail.
