    Receptionist

    REQUIREMENT

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer Service Orientation
    • Make guests feel at home at all time.
    • Respond to bookings and reservations by phone, online or face to face.
    • Be conversant wity computerised system.
    • Complete procedures when guests arrive and depart.
    • Prepare bills and receive payments in cash, pos or transfers.
    • Answering all customers inquiries.
    • All other duties assigned by Executive Management.
    • Accurate and Time management Skills
    • Very Presentable

    Location: Ikeja

    Education/ Professional Qualification:
    Minimum of SSCE/ OND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

    Experience:
    Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel services
