REQUIREMENT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service Orientation
- Make guests feel at home at all time.
- Respond to bookings and reservations by phone, online or face to face.
- Be conversant wity computerised system.
- Complete procedures when guests arrive and depart.
- Prepare bills and receive payments in cash, pos or transfers.
- Answering all customers inquiries.
- All other duties assigned by Executive Management.
- Accurate and Time management Skills
- Very Presentable
Location: Ikeja

Education/ Professional Qualification:
Minimum of SSCE/ OND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Experience:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel services
