    Brand Manager

    Your role:

    • As a brand manager you will be in charge of growing the core and deliver launches and leading the commercial development and strategic direction for their particular therapeutic portfolio (in-line and launches) in their allocated geography. You will be responsible for the development, in co-leadership with medical, of the brand plans and (pre)launch plans for their particular portfolio and develop and implement MCM strategy for their portfolio.
    • You will be open and seek in-market, patients and customer, insights to inform brand strategy. Manage the yearly operational brand plan, together with medical in order to deliver impactful brand strategies which will then be implemented by the country managers and their teams
    • In addition to the above you will also align with and support the EPA strategic goals, always in alignment with the direct manager, as well as colleagues in other supportive functions, and work in close collaboration with all functions with specific focus on the FLMs, Medical, Training, regulatory.
    • On the People and organizational development side you will take the lead in a collaborative, cross-functional brand team and provide a directive on portfolio-specific training and upskilling needs of the representatives
    • You will be accountable to ensure that all activities and produced promotional materials comply with all (local) laws and regulations and internal guidelines / SOPs and play a critical role in the S&OP process and must ensure monthly submission of demand forecast, alignment with sales on the projections & maintaining a high level of forecast accuracy.
    • You will be responsible for communicating all quality complaints received within 24 to QA Department, all AE received within 24 h to Patient Safety Department. And also participate in all GDP trainings according to training matrix defined.
    • As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for setting clear and competitive strategies for their portfolio thereby ensuring patient access. You will lead the collaborative brand team (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, MAP) that will ensure our strategic objectives are met. Also ensure that our sales representatives are 100% abreast of strategy and are suitably prepared for flawless execution.

    Who you are:

    • +3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing role
    • Launch experience is beneficial
    • Proven track record in marketing across the lifecycle of brands
    • Experience within the country of deployment non-negotiable
    • Experience in both specialty and general medicine is an added advantage
    • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is non-negotiable
    • Higher Education Degree in Sales and Marketing / science Postgraduate degree is preferred
