Perform internal monitoring of repair and sales activities of assigned customer accounts and provide customer service support to all customer requests and operational requirements.
Telephone and email customer service
Attend customer meetings to follow-up and report on repair activities
Modifying and registering codes in corporate SAP Business One system
Save repair and sales orders in corporate SAP Business One system
Daily incident resolution at administrative level in SAP Business One system
Prepare periodic reports for clients according to their requirements
Prepare internal reports
Perform customer reconciliations prior to billing
Logistics management and tracking of national and international shipments
Management and resolution of logistical and administrative incidents
Communication with internal departments (sales, warehouse, laboratory, purchasing, etc.) to make sure implementation of repair and sales contracts are done properly
Experience:
At least 2 years in similar position and preferably in repair activity
