Job Description

• Create, develop and evaluate operation procedures and policies that guides installations and departmental operations
• Guide team members and line managers to ensure they follow them to the letter
• Provide technical expertise in designing solar systems for different groups of clients then set out the strategies for development and execution
• Can use design tools (i.e AutoCAD) to lay out electrical wiring and the solar system
• Ability to make quick decisions, solve technical problems and provide efficient and excellent environment for project implementation, standard installations (solar and non-solar) and maintenance of all client systems and repairs
• Serve as technical mentor to team members and provide technical training to them
• Allocate task, set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Encourage team to perform excellently and with dedication
• Give feedback and recommend team members for promotions or bonuses
• Conduct regular meeting and track progress report
• Be involved in the hiring of team members
• Schedule, plan, budget, report projects/installation and resource management
• Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing materials in a cost effective way.
• Prepare presentations on installation status across the regions by analysing and interpreting data and metrics; this should be submitted monthly, quarterly and annually
• Lead expansion and growth activities of the company nationwide (investment, acquisition and corporate alliances)
• Establish policies that promote the company’s culture, mission and vision
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors
