Job requirements

• To provide strategic direction /focus to the exercise of the Corporate Audit function.
• To Formulate, implement and coordinate Revenue Assurance policies, strategies and activities in order to achieve Completeness of the organization’s Revenues, prevention of income leakage and Profit and Loss Account related data Integrity.
• To develop the operational procedures and oversee the day to day running of the Revenue Assurance team Duties.
• Drive and determination of the Corporate Audit Strategy.
• General co-ordination of the Inspectorate function /group.
• Determination & development of inspection programmes and procedures.
• Identification of operational policy gaps/improvement and enhancement
• Initiatives.
• Pre & post implementation review of control policies with respect to the organization’s products and projects.
• Resolution of Human Capital issues and requirements of the group.
• Learning point sensitization on frauds, forgeries and other irregularities.
• Ensuring operational compliance with existing policies and procedures.
• Determination and planning of the Audit/Inspection processes.
• Determination, preparation and presentation of operating audit report to the Board and the Board Audit & Compliance Committee.
• Liaison with External Auditors.
• Direct and coordinate the Revenue Assurance routine and periodic reviews and provide relevant report to management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• First degree or its equivalent in a numerate field Minimum of 2:2 in a related Discipline
• Minimum of 10 years Audit/Inspectorate experience
• Membership of the Board Audit and Compliance Committee
• Membership of the Committee of Chief Inspectors of any Financial Services Industry in Nigeria
•  A related professional qualification - ACA/ACCA, CISA/CIMA is an added advantage
