    Job Description

    • Manage the efficient brewing of all Guinness products on site in accordance with laid down company’s specification.
    • Control cost of operation by minimizing process waste, maximizing extract level and taking appropriate actions to reduce monthly expenses on fixed and variable costs.
    • Monitor, by regular liaisons with Quality Assurance, that set quality standards are achieved.
