Qualifications
The prospective candidate must be a chartered accountant with no less than 7 years post-qualification experience gained in a similar well-managed private sector establishment.

Core functions but not limited to:
- Heading the finance and accounts department and effectively pertorming financial analyses and coordinating with the entire finance team to completing tasks within specified time frame
- Monitoring expenditures, analyzing revenues and determining budget parameters and reporting same to Management
- Coordinating budget preparation and implementation with a view to providing industry· standard financial guidelines
- Showing and demonstrating the competence to perform the foregoing duties in a newly established five-star hotel complex located in the Federal Capital Territory
- Demonstrating working knowledge of IT and accounting packages that will help in streamlining complex: accounting functions and requirements
